Mm-hmm.

So being able to adapt to the more business side and embracing that just as much as the physical side, that, that has been a number one challenge for me personally.

And then number two is having such a hyper-focus on quality does make it difficult for us to vet and find subcontractors and talent out there, right? We do a lot of it in-house because it gives us this flexibility advantage to where we can-- we are raising the standard to our internal team's level, and then making our subcontractors raise to that standard and, and setting a new standard really in the industry.

Most of the builders around here, a lot of them do spec, spec homes, and there's advantage to that and all.

Um, but the le- the level of quality accepted typically, and I'm not, no knock on anybody out there, but is, is going to tend to be lower.

And so us having come into a, a market where, say, the quality level's here and we're asking this from everybody, it is a challenge and it's a, a ongoing, everyday, continuous challenge that we face where we're always vetting, finding, um, and, and building relationships with sub-subcontractors for the areas, one, that we don't do in-house, but also to give us a greater ability to expand, right? So we have like, for instance, we have a bunch of in-house teams.

Uh, about how many homes, uh, do you do in a year? Uh, is, is there any kind of a limit or, or is the sky the limit and you guys will hire out as many people as you need?
