[laughs] So one thing I wanna, um, ask maybe Daniel if you'll share with us about w- how do people end up in this place of being a poor sleeper and, you know, piggybacking on what Jay just said, what do they do about it? Or can they do about it?
32:13
Yeah.
32:14
I, I mean, I think there, there's lots of reasons that people tend to be poor sleepers.
32:18
I would generally say, like, the majority of the population is, is sleeping poorly.
32:21
So if we were, like, to remove p- perhaps the people that have, like, more of a pathological or, like, clinical, like, sleep-related issue, um, I think, you know, a huge issue is just the overstimulation of the environment constantly.
32:33
You know, if, if your body, you know, every single cell and every single organ system in the body is expecting a darkness signal when the sun sets outdoors, and, you know, we live in this constant twilight of light that is hundreds of times brighter than the brightest moonlight, um, but at the same time is, you know, hundreds of times dimmer than the average daylight, then the body clock gets into this sort of place where, you know, the hormones and neurotransmitters that are creating these sort of upregulated shifts are, are prioritized.
32:59
And, and the issue being that, you know, downregulation and the, for example, the release of melatonin in the brain, you know, we know that it is suppressed by bright light and it's suppressed by different wavelengths of light, and, and certain wavelengths of light that tend to be in abundance in our modern lighting and our modern environment.

Well, I guess like tell us about the light bulb that you guys have created and, you know, where would people start using it? How do people use it?
18:30
Do you think it's possible that we have some kind of like fiat credit system on top of Bitcoin, kind of like we developed it with gold where central banks or something like that exists, but instead of gold hold just Bitcoin and then we trade fiat tokens that don't really have anything to do with Bitcoin, but kind of backing the system? I mean,
18:52
anything's possible, right? Like, I'm not a prognosticator of the future.
18:56
I can't, you know, I'm not a fortune teller, right? But what I can say is, like, I hear a lot of people say, well, Bitcoin is money.
19:03
I go, okay, well, you're making the affirmative assertion.
19:06
So prove it.
19:08
Like, prove that it's money.
19:10
And I don't think – I think when people say that, they have a lot of heuristics and assumptions in the back of their head that go, here's some shortcut ideas that define money for me enough that I can understand what I'm dealing with, right? But you can't – if you're talking about investing into an asset or if you're talking about taking on an asset or something like that, like – Like you wouldn't, maybe somebody somewhere goes and buys a stock because they vibed it.

27:16
That's the hard part with Bitcoin, right? Because we don't really have anything to compare it to.
41:42
Daniel, take us to the better sleep bulb.
41:45
Thank you for lining us up so perfectly to talk about it.
41:48
So I think the way I'd like to skin this cat as such is to talk a little bit about nature and, like, what's happening in light in nature, briefly touch on, and then we can compare it and contrast it to a modern bulb and to what we've tried to innovate through our technology.
42:00
So we've got to understand that as sun moves throughout the sky over the course of the day, what we call the spectral distribution or sometimes you might discuss the color temperature of sunlight is changing.
42:10
So at no second is sun giving you the same information or the same signal.
42:14
So in the very early morning we've got a lower amount of blue light, for example.
42:18
The intensity or the brightness or what in science we measure as lux is a lot lower.

Yeah.
