Well, I think it starts with positivity, right? It starts with giving some leadership and confidence in the team, having a mindset of a direction of where we're going to go and being positive on delivering that and letting them know clearly what the expectations are but in a fun way in a charismatic way and an engaging way and From there, you know, there's really three pillars that help you get there.

There's your members You got to have the right members.

You got the right members with the right attitude and the right accountability and responsibility to go along with those with the positive attitude.

You have your OEM, your manufacturer relationship.

You've got a bridge of that.

If you don't have that, it's going to be a tough, tough way of business.

How did you overcome that and earn their trust?
