So when these investors and these syndicators are in this position, is this something that they're trying to avoid like up till the last minute? Or is this like a years long, maybe even longer than that, dance to try to extend or alter the terms?
9:11
Interesting.
9:12
I'm going to answer that in two ways.
9:13
The first part is one of the benefits of being in the real estate market, direct ownership of real estate, is we don't have dynamic pricing.
9:21
And in order to sell an asset, At the best, it's going to take three to six months to decide you want to sell it, put a package together, potentially hire a broker, have them run a process, select a buyer, have the buyer go through a diligence and close.
9:35
It's at least six months.
9:36
And so because of that, people should have an ability to forecast this.

How did those experiences help you come up with LawBroker?
1:24
Yeah, that's a great starting point.
1:26
Obviously, that's my skeleton, and that's where I came from.
1:30
I'd say the impetus of LawBroker really came out of my time at Clio, which we'll get into deeper, but I'd say it's actually a mixture of both my careers.
1:38
Influitive was an advocacy marketing software selling to enterprise-level organizations on how to make your clients your biggest fans.
1:46
And that was kind of like where I scratched my teeth in the world of advocacy marketing, SaaS software sales, and so forth.
1:54
And I bridged that with my career at Clio, where I was managing the partnership org.
3:12
So what exactly do you do? What pain point do you solve?
