Yeah, so it's definitely not easy here because the amount of musicians is like a huge pile and the amount of actual jobs is like here.

That's the amount of the musicians, you know? you need to have, of course, something super extra to your play.

Playing just music is definitely not enough.

There is like thousands of other elements which sometimes, and I'm learning this over the years, and the older I'm getting, I'm realizing the more and more is true.

very often like the crucial elements about getting hired somewhere or getting to them and it's not like only it's not only showing up not only going to that's like the let's say classic way when you're arriving to the New York City you're fresh here you of course wanna meet new people you wanna connect so what you're doing you're going to gym sessions right that's at the beginning very good way to connect that's cool then later you know you're meeting people maybe someone's gonna call you for your first gig maybe you're gonna book your first gig in some like let's say like a more place which is just simple to more easy to book and Then, you know, I also realized I started doing this more over the time.

For example, if you want to introduce yourself or you want to get in contact, like maybe not necessarily going jam sessions because there's also a lot of other people with their plans.
