So without further ado, how did you start having trouble sleeping, Daniel?
1:45
So officially, it started the end of the summer in 2022.
1:49
I say about August 2022.
1:52
I think realistically, the seeds were sowed over the preceding years.
1:57
And I'll go into that, of course.
1:59
But officially, it was the summer of 2022.

So my wife and I had... a big evening out plan with our closest group of friends and we've all got children all of us now so we don't get together much at all anymore especially without the kids and this had been arranged for months and months and we're always um it's always good to meet up and we were always looking for we were really really looking forward to it now something i must add i've got i've got uh twins they're seven now at the time they were three and a half So it just so happens the previous three, four, five social events that I did, either with my wife or on my own, prior to this night out planned, I'd done super tired and super, super knackered, tired for non-British people, because I'd had a horrible night with the twins the night before.

So if you want to just give people just a little background, just so they know who you are, would that be okay? Yeah.
1:11
Sure.
1:12
Yeah.
1:13
So in brief, yeah, my journey started in childhood, basically.
1:18
And so, you know, as it goes, it started with a sleepless night, and a lot of fatigue the next day.
1:25
And My anxiety was both, you know, about not sleeping in order to avoid that terrible fatigue.
1:33
So really the chronic fatigue was very central for most of the time.

0:16
Ich versuche einfach nur zu schlafen.
0:17
Bitte lasst mich einfach schlafen.
0:19
Ich möchte funktionieren.
