I think everybody is looking to Wirth as a leader, and I'm very sure that you're doing some extremely interesting things in that area.

Because I said before, when I came here, we had 72 facilities and we are now at 19 facilities.

And this does not mean that we just closed facilities because we wanted to close facilities.

It was more really to bring better service to our customers.

and to be more automated, to be more secure, because you can handle processes in a much more efficient, in a much more productive way when you're putting automation equipment into your facilities to support our employees.

It's not about um laying off people in the logistic area it's more about having the capability also in growing in making it more friendly for the people to work there because if you have been to one of the facilities lifting the whole day screws nuts and bolts and fasteners That's not the most fun job if you are doing this for eight hours a day.
