What first sparked your interest in tech and how did you eventually lead you to IBM Z?

Yeah, I'll jump in here first.

My name is Dan Penny.

I am the head of sales and marketing here at H&W.

I've been in the mainframe space for, I want to say, about 13 years.

So my origin story is I started a company selling databases.

I've previously been in software sales since I got out of college.

And on that line of thought, for organizations that are just getting started, what advice would you give them as they begin their modernization journey?
