if you look at how much traffic is on ninety five it really drops off when you hit the ben franklin bridge that's the bridge if you're not from philadelphia that connects center city in old city philadelphia to camden new jersey once you get south of that bridge traffic on ninety five ninety five is not significant and essentially one of the big justifications for this project is that at certain times of the day a few intersections near ninety five get a little bit backed up a little bit backed up.

If they applied that standard to anything SEPTA was doing, which is our transit agency, they'd have to spend so much money tomorrow.
