Um, I, I think actually, Maria, on the last time you were on the show, you were talking about how, I think, the survey was that the only, um, worst experience in a journey was a bereavement journey.

Um, and, and then second, uh, behind that buying, buying a home.

So, um, certainly, certainly nothing to be, be proud of in that, in that regard.

It, it's no secret the system is incredibly fragmented end to end, and, and that's not a very easy thing that can be solved overnight.

Is there an opportunity there, or is the actual, the home buying advisor of the future Claude or Gemini or indeed, uh, Wellness's Elle?

And what are we going to do? Are we going to quiver in fear? So how do you guys address that with this book that you put out?

Everything is an opportunity.

I know it's easier said than done, and that's why we've got a whole big chapter on this, which Doug wrote so well, well before I came into the picture.

You fight the way you train.

You can't just decide, okay, I'm not going to fear.

Now, yes, it's a grace.

Everything is grace.

Just don't expect it.

And that's, you know, as you said, Andrew, we started with the letter to our children and Doug wrote the letter to his son.

And I wrote a letter to my daughter, first of all, because I wanted to write a letter to my daughter, but also because I wanted women to be able to pick this book up and see right in the beginning how important it is for them to know this material.

This is something that they should, um, If you're a young woman discerning marriage, this is something you should expect of anyone before you even think of saying yes to a marriage proposal.

If someone's not ready to be the spiritual and physical head, the leader, protector, and provider, all those things, then look somewhere else.

And for women who are married, of course, you're married, but this is something that you can gently and lovingly encourage your husband to do.

That's what I would say.
