Daniel NicholsonGUEST
I ended up working at Service Bar, which is, um, Middle West Spirits' restaurant attached to their bottle shop.

Daniel NicholsonGUEST
So I started doing that and I realized I have four kids, I can't be a restaurant manager my whole life.

Daniel NicholsonGUEST
The hours were crazy, so it, it turned into this thing where I was like, "I can't." So I actually was gonna get a job as a food distributor.

I think to kind of answer your question is my opinion is it kind of depends on the business size of what you work with at that time and also kind of regionalization of kind of what the implementation is looking at now.

Daniel NicholsonGUEST
my maturity within kind of implementation over the year is that businesses were a lot more kind of patient with larger projects going on for one year, two years, three years, where they're not as patient for that anymore.

Daniel NicholsonGUEST
And an investment within kind of our space has been identified because there's a business problem, which is a growth problem or something around it, which is blocking them, where they want to be able to get the value of that as quickly as possible.

Daniel NicholsonGUEST
probably without spending too much time on it, is it depends on the size of the business.

Daniel NicholsonGUEST
If we implemented one of these solutions for the first time, it's actually going to be a big bang.

Do we think that we're going to be relying on AI consultants being brought into the team and therefore expanding the team footprint a little bit with this new skillset? Or is there now an expectation that everyone needs to be AI trained? Everyone needs to be able to implement their own particular workstream via SCM, via finance with the additional expertise around AI to understand that part of the solution as well?
