You know, it starts with the Tucson Fire Department and Tucson firefighters, quite frankly, and Tucson has a rich history.

And one of the things that Tucson Fire had that was very rare was they had, in addition to their professional career fire department, They had a group of retired firefighters that also formed a sustaining group to get together and help each other.

And one of those members of that group of the Tucson retired firefighters was a man named Frank Tamayo.

He basically came up with the original idea and thought, wouldn't it be great to develop a truck for firefighter funerals? And as Gary alluded to, the tradition in the fire service has been, if there was a line of duty death, that you would take that firefighter's truck that they were assigned to out of service, And you would use that for the funeral procession.
