And Daniel, what would you add to this about the gems that you're seeing along the way?
20:10
So there are two that really stick out for me.
20:12
The first one is I'm a data nerd, right? And I think coming from previously leading career services in the business school side where outcomes is such an important part and all the data is really valuable.
20:24
I think understanding trends of our students in the market was something I felt like if we're going to do this transformation and we can't see ourselves, how are we ever going to really know where to strategically invest and help our college leaders to really understand where to focus? And so I'm really proud that in really less than six months of our initiative launching, we were able to move all 19 colleges onto one unified platform for career management services, outcomes, and reporting.
20:53
And so to me, establishing that infrastructure in year one was really critical.
20:58
I'll share a small nugget, you know, being able to go to a Dean and say, did you know that you have students who've reported, right? This is self-reporting, but they've reported in fields and in industries that you would have never expected, right? And so college of education, Having students going into Wall Street with investment banking.
21:15
I mean, again, these are stories that I think naturally would not likely have bubbled up.

11 MINS LATER

32:18
What are the next big steps for UT Austin and how do you see them further strengthening student career success?
2:28
How much are you looking at that, you know, as far as creating that sort of legal framework and also just giving the industry as a whole that clarity, as it says in the name, you know, moving forward, you know, as part of this whole industry and spaces of evolution?
2:44
Yeah, I think in general, I would say that these types of regulations are good.
2:50
Clarity is what's needed in the industry.
2:52
We've been waiting for that for almost a decade now for some of us.
2:56
And with that said, however, I would say that Looking at Brian Armstrong's comments about why they pulled out, hence causing the delay that we're seeing now, it does make sense.
3:07
I think that, at least for them, the biggest concern was how institutions or perhaps retail can choose to earn yield from stablecoins.
3:18
They're saying that in the Clarity Act particularly, Won't get too specific, but they want to limit which organizations are able to provide this type of yield.
5:24
So given a lot of the information we got this week, given where the Fed is at, what's the relationship here? I mean, how do you see the setup right now as far as the risks at play for cryptocurrencies?
