So this is something that was probably over six months, maybe just longer in the making.

We, we decided that we wanted to do something, um, as part of added value, really, the, with the relationship that we have with ICL, and in particular Phil Collinson.

He's helped us a lot, um, to sort this out.

But what, what we decided was to give our staff a little bit of a taste of another environment outside of football.

So when you're in the industry, you can kind of get pigeonholed into doing the same thing.
