But I tell them, "Hey, you want to buy what the locals want to live, you know, the, the local owner occupied demand or local tenant demand.

You know, don't inject your prejudices and your preconceived ideas of what's a good investment property.

You know, look at the numbers." And then rentvesting.

You know, if you're early on in your career, as I touched on earlier, you probably are gonna be moving around for your training, interstate, et cetera, and life plans change, you know? How do you know if you're gonna have kids or how many kids? There's so many doctors I've talked to, they're like, "Oh, yeah, this was my forever home," and then a few years later, [laughs] you know-

What's, what's the general best advice you'd give a doctor with investing?

So I wanna say, um, I'm nothing special, you know.

I've been able to build a 12 plus property portfolio, and I've made mistakes along the way.
