I'd just be curious if you could touch on the jurisdictional risk overall of real estate and how Bitcoin is differentiated from that.

Yeah.

Especially the second part, how Bitcoin's differentiated.

Compared to real estate, something that stores your value equally well and can travel with you anywhere is an amazing value proposition that I think once real estate owners, if they start to understand that, kind of see the light of the new store of value, that's one of the things if you're comparing head to head like bitcoin versus gold bitcoin versus real estate bitcoin versus whatever else um especially versus real estate bitcoin wins in such a significant way that i think a lot of real estate owners should consider the benefit that maybe they haven't considered if they're only on the fence about bitcoin um Yeah, I've never invested outside the U.S., so I can't.

I've studied some of it, but I don't have a strong opinion there.

Within the U.S., there is huge variation.

And I'll say even for my fund, for example, we chose to only work in half of the states.
