Right.
9:33
In Flatwater, um, the Flatwater case, the state never said that they were not public records.
9:39
They said they are public records, but it's gonna cost you $44,000.
9:45
And one of the issues that we fought up to the Nebraska Supreme Court, and that we won on, was whether somebody who has not been formally denied, no one has said the, you can't have these records.
9:57
Instead, what they've said is what I would say an effective denial.
10:01
They've said, "Well, you can have them, but it's a million bucks, and you gotta wait 50 years." What the Flatwater case teaches us is that that kind of effective denial is actionable in court.
10:14
We can bring that to court, and we can litigate whether that is a fair cost estimate, 'cause Nebraskans have a legal right to achieve a fair cost estimate.
