So the reason it has succeeded is multiple.

Either people don't like the looks, or they're not friendly to birds, or they make noise, or...

They interfere with each other aerodynamically.

They don't start at low enough speeds.

There are a whole bunch of different things.

And I believe we've solved every single one of them.

What do you need to establish before you can tell them the site it is commercially viable? What is the thought process there before saying, hey, Francesco, we can put, I don't know, 500 kilowatts on your property?
