Encourage the Harriers.
30:46
Yeah, I don't think I'm going first.
30:48
I think CrossCamp is just fantastic.
30:51
Yeah, it might not be for everyone, but I think anyone that's maybe tried it for the first time is kind of thinking, well, what was I so worried about? Because I think the comms that Lynn and I are focusing on, the comms and the guide that we put out, is basically just to try and dispel some of the myths because obviously it is quite tough but it's also just a brilliant day out for the team you know it's a good way of sort of keeping your fitness going over the winter as well and you can't really beat you know the camaraderie on the day and just you know everybody out cheering each other on and the thing is that because it starts with 4Ks it's just a good introduction and obviously goes up to sort of 6, 8K and then towards the sort of end of the season at the Nationals in February it's up to 10K so it's actually a good progression through the distances but yeah it's just I think there's that common kind of thing in the running world that it's you know your summer PBs are built in the winter so there's no better way really just to get involved in cross country keep the fitness going gives you a good target to work towards these different races through the through the period and I think yeah it's just what we're trying to do is just dispel some of the myths as well because you know conditions can be a bit tough but I mean you also get lovely crisp autumn days as well and it's even things like you know the relays it's not as difficult as people think you know it's not like passing a baton on the track you might drop your teammates standing waiting for you you finish and they you know they go sort of thing so it's It's not as difficult as maybe people think.

But just like any race, some people don't fancy 10k.
32:25
Some people won't do marathons and things like that.
32:27
So what I would say is people just to give it a bash.
