Can you give any insights into kind of the volumes that some of these larger firms are, are dealing with and, and the kind of, you know, transactional processing, um, capacity that you need on these platforms?

So, I mean, I think generally contact centers, um, be- because certainly Journeyfront can...

We, we have customers who are, you know, brands, in-house contact centers as well, not, not to mention the BPO, uh, part of our customer base.

But both, both groups deal with this idea of you are, you, you are always hiring to some extent.

You have hiring classes or hiring cohorts that you're, you're needing to fill, you know, obviously gaps within the existing contact center.

Um, so you have to hire in volume and you have to hire quickly, right? Um, given the, given maybe the deadlines or the needs you have internally within the contact center operations or, or just giving the, given the competitive landscape, right? So there's that balancing speed quality component for both.

You mentioned human in the loop, but I'm also considering more human out of the loop these days, you know? Does, do humans even need to get involved in the hiring process? How are you seeing things on your end, and what are you kind of implementing with the, with the wizardry of AI these days?
