I realize that.

I mean, I think all companies have some, let's say formal training, right? But that like from my almost first day, like that was very different here that the training and onboarding at every role.

And this is like within the part of the organization I'm in.

It's not necessarily the whole organization, but there's a lot of even technical training, making sure everyone's kind of on the same page, right? You want to level the, the playing field as much as you can right from the outset.

And I think that is a huge step up for anyone, even having some days outside of the business and saying, we're going to cover for you so you can go and learn this.

Or when I joined, it was, we're not going to place you right away.

You get some time to shadow and learn the business.
