Are they noticing the work that's being put in and acknowledging, I guess, the effort? Sure.

So it's actually been kind of exciting to see the other panelists that you've had here today.

And so between Sochi and Dayton Foundations, Employer Workforce Coalition, and let's see, who else am I forgetting? So there are so many wonderful partners, Dayton Regional Manufacturing Association, and of course, Montgomery County ESC.

When we've been able to collaborate at times like even for, and you've heard about Edison's manufacturing bootcamp, but when we hosted something like that too.

And so it's not only working with those partners to establish what the workforce needs, but also helping to give that short-term training really for students.

And maybe it's even a non-credit option that can be articulated credit down the road so that those students can kind of build that path to a degree if that's their intended goal.

But I would like to think that the community is seeing all that we're doing.
