Brendan NguyenHOST
Can you recap for us from VISIONARY what types of patients were recruited, perhaps the interim proteinuria data from nine months, which was previously presented, and of course the GFR data long-term that you reported in Maui?

Dana RizkGUEST
Again, the signals were quite exciting, and so we were all waiting for the phase three trial.

Dana RizkGUEST
So, uh, when we presented the data, we, uh, presented the entire, uh, baseline characteristics of the cohort, uh, remembering that the previous presentations included the cohort that was involved in the interim analysis, the one that looked at the proteinuria results at nine months.

Dana RizkGUEST
Uh, so, um, we looked at the five hundred and ten patients that were included in the trial.

[laughs] Um, Dana, do you think that, you know, these biomarkers are going to be able to help us differentiate activity versus, as you said, proteinuria that's from scar, or do you think we're gonna need a panel of biomarkers? And, um, where do you see us going forward with the GDIJA1?
