Um, and that, that was not the case.

Yeah.

And, you know, coming into this conversation, I want to acknowledge, I am not a grief expert.

I am just someone who has lived through a lot of it.

And I think what we do as experienced designers, um, my part in the grief work is really about practicing presence and being attuned.

We can't know what everybody is going through, but when we are so present in the room and are attuned to certain people, you can see when someone's not okay.

And you don't have to be intrusive, but it's just the, are you okay? And let the invite the invitation or invite the conversation and just take their lead on it.
