What did that transition look like?

I think that's something I'm still going through.

It was a lot of stress, uh, at the beginning.

It was, say I've done this for 30 years, and I don't know what I'm doing next.

Going through the transition brief, I think it's a, you know, the transition briefs are, are good.

They do help, you know, prepare you as much as they can.

But you don't know what you're going through until you hit those points.
