So tell me about the new foundation that was created in Southampton Village.
1:38
So last year, a foundation called the Southampton Public Safety Foundation was founded.
1:46
The co-founders are Annie and Michael Falk, as well as Tim Moran.
1:50
Tim Moran is the founder of something called the Palm Beach Police and Fire Foundation, which the Southampton organization is modeled after.
1:59
And Annie Falk currently serves there.
2:02
as the Palm Beach Foundation's secretary.
2:05
Now, we had reported last year about the foundation being created, but they've been back in the spotlight again over the last two months in Southampton Village after they made a pair of donations to the Southampton Village Police Department that raised some questions from the village board and some village residents.
3:30
They collect money from people in the community to support things that need to be purchased for the police department, the ambulances, just additional stuff that doesn't have to come out of the municipal budget then.
2:35
It's not even tagging because that's
2:37
another...
2:38
Tagging is a separate feature.
2:39
When you collaborate on somebody, this will actually show up on the main feed there.
2:45
However, when that happens and it's on the village's official page there, the comments are on for that because the village does not have control of that.
2:55
The individual poster does.
2:58
And I think this led to some confusion with this resolution and the discussion there on Thursday night.
5:19
And it's better just to have a blanket policy that says you don't allow any comments.

it.
19:11
It is this format where stories typically akin to soap operas are told through short installments.
19:19
They can be as short as 45 seconds and go up to three minutes there.
19:23
You put all these installments together and you get a full story there.
19:27
One of the unique things about it is that they are shot vertically.
19:30
They're designed to be watched on your phone there.
19:34
And this is a format that originated in China.
20:45
Where are we going to be able to see this, Dan?
