... is a bit of a more recent concept to bring this in-house.

Well, it's, it's ve- very early on, but I was just really upset that going, "Okay, gotta take another car back to the alignment shop and can't figure out why." So again, I told my parents, I'm like, "I wanna buy this to lose money." And they're like, "What, what are you talking about?" I'm like, "Well, we're already losing money having two people typically drop a car off, um, come back, wait for it to get done, go back, pick it up, write a check, uh, pay for it on statement, whatever it was, and then one out of three come back and do it again.

I think it was a Good Year or Firestone, I don't remember, going, "Hey, are you guys doing, um, steering angle resets for these cars?" "Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, we're doing that." I'm like, "Can you send me documentation that you're doing that?" And they're like, "Uh..." And right then and there, I knew it wasn't getting done.
