And how have you felt today overall? You must be still proud of them.
1:15
Yeah, 100%.
1:16
I think that's the best way I can sort of say, really, is just I'm so proud of their efforts because, again, we knew we were coming here as underdogs and got massive respect for what Forresters have done.
1:25
But we also wanted to show what we could do.
1:27
And, you know, we had to suffer at times throughout the game.
1:29
And I think that was to be expected, but...
1:31
In terms of the application, you know, that the girls sort of shown on the pitch.

And yeah, so tell us a bit about how it's come about.
0:10
Yeah, so it's been a really interesting sort of summer just gone.

I used to be a manager at Coniskey Nomads under-19s.
0:20
And sadly, due to decisions made by the FAW under-19s football in the girls' section was sadly deemed not to be something that they want to focus on in the north.

So it presented an opportunity for myself personally, but also for quite a number of players in North Wales.
0:37
So, yeah, I wanted to... test myself as a women's manager you know having learnt a hell of a lot from Jordan Parry at Goneski Nomads and yeah ultimately I thought it was a fantastic opportunity to link up with Harden Park who as a club have only been around for a couple of years so again very very brand new set up with a thriving sort of younger set up as well through from under 9s to to under 13s and beyond.
1:04
So yeah, from my point of view, speaking to the owners of the club, directors, they were really supportive of giving a platform to myself and to try and create a team.
