A hunting farm? Uh, so I'll answer your question, uh, but, uh, um, indirectly.

Uh, I'll get to it, but I've listed farms before where they're multimillion-dollar farms, and when you first pull up to the farmThere's a single strand of barbed wire for a gate, right? And then, uh, you look down the fence line and that, all that rotten barb- barbed wire is hanging.

You know, it's just like, looks horrible.

And, uh, just along the road, uh, man, if somebody would just mow that.

Y- you know, these are things that are going through your brain.

Uh, and then the passage coming in, you know, there's a lot of people that will say, "No, I don't, I don't care about what the farm looks like.

Mm-hmm.

And so it was on the Lamoine River, and it was beautiful farm, man.

It, uh, basically was in an oxbow.

The Lamoine River comes in and out, in and out, in and out, and one of the places where it comes in was a big chunk, and that, that's what created the property.

It had really good river bottom tillable, and, uh, and it was lush.

That, that's my bad habit is what I've, is what I've observed, so I'm not judging.
