Right.
23:00
So you could have all these frameworks, but, you know, you have to have the, I think the knowhow, the understanding to say, "Okay, well, what, how can I define apathy?" Or, "What, what are the, you know, the resources that you should be looking at AI guy or AI girl," whatever you wanna [chuckles] call it, but, "What are the resources you should be looking at in s- like, specifically regarding this?" Like, think about what you could do i-i, with, th- with, there's, there's so many layers and levels, but if you say, "Hey, look, I just want you to look at product catalog A, B, C, and D, and then look at our product catalog.
23:37
And at this first level, all I wanna do is take a, a, an inferential approach to what the narratives are telling the customer.
23:46
Do..." And then you can kind of build this analysis on that and just start there.
23:50
Or you can start with, you know, look at the corporate information, look at all the annual reports, and, you know, it, it, it's endless, and it just depends on what you are aiming for.
24:00
Make sure that you know how to align the context that you provide with what you're aiming for.
27:42
Right
27:43
... get through my day," you know? Um, and that's a, that's a problem with not only, uh, you know, their understanding of, of, uh, of AI, 'cause I certainly don't wanna do any victim shaming here.
6:26
Yeah.
6:26
Um, and, um, people look at it and go, "Okay, what, what, what is this? Why did my, uh, desktop app for Claude all of a sudden change?" And it's hard to kind of initially understand, "Well, why do I need it," you know? But I think that the advantages and the kind of, the, you know, the, the benefits, uh, so, so to speak, of jumping in aren't apparent until you start to jump in.
6:49
You know, it's one of those kinds of things.
6:51
But what I learned real fast, uh, about that, and when I started playing around with it, I thought, "Okay, this is, this is an interesting way to centralize some of the activities I have going on in Claude." And then I realized, "Wait a second.
7:04
This is an interesting way to centralize some of the things I have going on on my PC." And then it sort of started to dawn on me that it was a way to, uh, enhance and augment the building and the work that I've already done, whether it's in Claude, on my PC, somewhere else in, you know, in my ecosystem, all from one convenient location because they, the agent that is Cowork is actually a s- an ec- a, a system of many agents, and it just does the job.
7:39
I mean, that's...
7:40
It's incredibly useful in that way.
10:09
... kind of some basic stuff they need to understand.
