I was at one of, one of your guys' meetups in the basement, and I got the call from my cousin like, "Hey, it's up for sale." So like the next day I went down, I went up there and checked it out.

Uh, we arranged to have the guy show me the place, and they said they wanted, I think it was like 225 is what they initially wanted, and we just went 10 over, no inspection.

So what was it about this deal? I mean, we both know what it is, but tell us.
