Like, for you, how did this tradition first get started, and what made you decide this was something that you wanted to do every year?

So putting events together and having a system and all, all of those things, you think, "Ah, I gotta come up with a system.

I gotta do some heavy lifting.

I gotta put a list together.

I gotta figure out the technology.

I gotta do all this stuff.

Ugh, that sounds like too much.
