And

when I was involved in writing those natural products books for Lexicomp, I was working for a small chain pharmacy here in Northeast Ohio called Ritzman Pharmacies.

And we had just gotten into selling natural products, but we wanted to do it the right way.

We wanted to make sure we're providing education to our patients and we wanted to make sure our staff was educated.

So I was involved in developing those educational materials.

And through that process, Lexicomp found out what we were doing because Lexicomp was based here in Northeast Ohio.

And somebody from Lexicomp said, hey, would you be interested in writing some books for us? So that's how I kind of continued my relationship with Lexicomp.

How are all of those roles different, especially the editor role? That is something that I think most pharmacists just starting out have zero experience with.
