I think this divergence in the market, you've got a small number of companies who really want to to concentrate on quality over quantity and you've got quite a few companies who yeah they'll take the stack them up cheap approach get their surveyors doing seven eight nine maybe even ten surveys a week I don't think there's necessarily anything wrong with that I think it's horses for courses there is a place in the market for that it's not where we want to be I think there are a lot of homeowners and home buyers who are very price sensitive.

Dan KnowlesGUEST
And if someone's only got five, six, 700 pounds and they want a level three survey, then yeah, so be it.

Dan KnowlesGUEST
They can go with one of those companies as long as they've got the expectations of this is what I'm likely to receive.

Dan KnowlesGUEST
And there are going to be some limitations to the quality or the service provided.

Dan KnowlesGUEST
As much as companies will shout from the rooftops, well, we're investing in technology, we're investing in AI, we're investing in this, that and the other.

I do not want to try stuff my pockets just to have everything blow up in my face and go... got to go find a new career now, which seems to be a trend in this profession where you look around and there aren't many firms that have been around for a good amount of time that have grown to say maybe like large size.
