In terms of the initiatives that you have going on right now and what impact is next for you, curious if you can kind of shed light on where you're heading and kind of what's important for you where you are right now.

Yeah, absolutely.

The organization, it's been a really challenging and busy year this year.

There have been a lot of changes at the federal level, especially as it relates to focus on research and access and agency changes and things like that that have occurred this year.

I think that we've continued to carry forward and push the initiatives forward and thankful for all of our partners, frankly, to help support some of the things that we've done.

But one of the big things that we launched a little bit earlier this year was our See What Matters campaign.
