Because it will inevitably involve some element of shift working and night shift working.

We do... everything we can to reduce the amount of night working.

But when you've got customers that want forecast first thing in the morning, it's inevitable that somebody's going to be there working overnight to produce them.

So you have to be, yeah, you have to be able to be awake and alert at three in the morning.

And for some people that can be a deal breaker.
