Is that an individual? Is that a family office? Is that an institutional group? Maybe walk us through just who has found Royal Oak to be unique from an investment opportunity perspective.

You have to have a base of high net worth individuals.

The diversification of your investor base is important too, right? You don't want all your equity walking away at one time, especially in your early years.

One big redemption could have been a problem.

So we were very focused on high net worth individuals.

The average investment initially was maybe $200,000.

So I imagine you have some interesting thoughts on the trends of quality of deal flow.

So originally from the Chicagoland area, my wife and I relocated down to the Orlando, Florida area about 12 years ago.

And I actually have always wanted to get into real estate.

Corporately, I work in corporate sales for a technology company out of Chicago, but have not wanted to kind of I wanted to get myself out of the nine to five and being reliant on somebody else for a paycheck.
