So what are you guys betting on with this, this experience? Are you guys betting on the anti-AI effect, or is this really just a natural momentum move?

Yeah.

I think what AI's doing to our market in a lot of different areas is making everything very similar and the same, right? You, [chuckles] you could scroll through your feed and every advertisement is AI created design.

Um, pictures are enhanced, and I think you're starting to see that, you know, with property management groups too.

Like, a lot of the same descriptions, a lot of, it's a lot of copy, right? And, um, you know, it's gonna be even more important to find ways to differentiate yourselves, and I think, you know, where, where these two can kinda complement and build upon that is, is gonna really help the, the VRMs out.

In terms of, like the experience, you talked about that.

I, like, like at Vacay Life, I think the first impression's important too, that, that moment that you pull up to the house and you've got, you know, the items that you selected, and they're all staged nicely, and there's four bikes set up, and there's the beach chairs and the umbrellas and the spike ball and the bucket ball, and everything's there and ready to go for your vacation.

Obviously, I think, yeah, it's just gonna be pushing more and more that way, so is there any worry, uh, that they should have around a PE-backed, uh, merger acquisition type situation on the experience front rather than the actual operator front?
