A strong case of parkour that I would love for you to, uh, elucidate.
11:38
Yeah.
11:38
I mean, my, the, so the reason I chose, if I take it back to myself, the reason I chose parkour as my training discipline when I encountered it, or rather, I suppose it chose me in a way, but, but the reason I stuck with it, and it became the predominant training discipline of my life more than any other, and I've trained many and have encountered many since and been at the, you know, very highest end of the fitness, fit- professional fitness world and, and, and seen all that and dealt with different athletes from all walks of life and, uh, at the highest levels.
12:02
And the reason I think, the reason I personally would advocate for parkour is- If not the best, then definitely one of the best disciplines, is that it is one of the few disciplines, let's say, that is completely aligned with your, the evolutionary function of your body, which is to move over terrain.
12:19
That is what your body is designed to do, and that's what your brain is actually designed to do.
12:23
That's what helped the brain become what it is.
12:24
And parkour is, is exactly aligned with that.
15:22
Yeah, I'm already good at these things, but now I need to pivot and focus on this new thing"?
