Oh my gosh, it's so bad.

I usually am using AI to give me a quick example of something that I can do to remind me how to do something or craft something very quickly so I can solve a very quick, immediate task.

So today I need to update some test data in a database table, and I couldn't quite remember the syntax to do it in SQL.

And then a few like, I need to update this.
