So as we're going through this and having these discussions, what are you what are you seeing out there that's still something that as good as we have and as far as we've come, what's something out there that you see that we can still improve upon?
3:00
Oh, gosh.
3:01
You know, as we enter in this whole world of of you know maintenance reliability best practices but still there's such a struggle between the it side of things and the maintenance and reliability side of things you know when it especially comes because you don't hear of cmms systems as much anymore i mean it's still a term that's commonly referred to but everybody appears to be moving towards enterprise asset management systems you know the ones like sap jd edwards uh you know the oracle systems that are all encompassing and really intended for for purchasing supply chain as well as the maintenance and reliability professionals so i see that moving in that and as you get more into that there's always that danger that you know when it becomes an i.t initiative that that information from your legacy CMMS systems is just getting dumped into these EAM systems without little consideration of what a maintenance and reliability professional needs.
4:03
You know, a good bill of materials, a good asset hierarchy to get a holistic understanding of, you know, the costs associated with, you know, and I would put it in basic terms, right? The car, the car's engine, the car's alternator.
4:19
They're all maintainable pieces of equipment that you go out and work on, but to be able to track costs, not only to that car, but the sub components within it.
4:28
So, and I'm getting down a rabbit hole here.
4:31
I'd say, you know, but you asked me, that's what this is

9:46
So is there an example of where we got that done?
AndrewCORRESPONDENT
31:47
So in terms of that ROI, what kind of ROI can a CEO expect from investing in engaging with 2Connect, bringing in somebody offshore, a virtual chiropractic assistant? Have you got a case study or an example?
32:04
Yeah, sure.
32:04
Yeah, we've got multiple case studies.
32:06
And I guess the underlying maths is that getting one of our virtual CAs or patient support representatives or lead conversion specialists, it's going to cost between 55% and 65% less than hiring someone onshore.
32:26
Yeah, but for that requisite level of skill set.
32:32
So if you start to think about that and where the ROI, say, for like the back doctor or Cairo H3 or some of these businesses that we've worked with, well-being chiropractic as well, is it's when you're going, right, we've got this full-time resource who's costing half what a normal person would cost.
32:52
There's no superannuation or anything like that to worry about.

I think we've actually kind of touched on this question, but the next thing I wanted to ask you was when we consider what's important next in kind of looking at the future trajectory of the chiropractic profession, the way the world is heading, how are you helping chiropractors to prepare to succeed in the future?

... have you got a case study, um, or an example?
26:56
Yeah, sure.
26:57
Yeah, we've got, we've got multiple case studies, and I guess the, the underlying maths is that getting one of our, uh, virtual CAs or patient support representatives or lead conversion specialists, it's going to cost between 55 and, and 65% less than hiring someone onshore, but for that, uh, requisite level of skill set.
27:23
So if you start to think about that and where the ROI, say, for like the Back Doctor or, or Chiro-Age 3 or some of these businesses that we've worked with, uh, Wellbeing Chiropractic as well, is it's when you're going, "Right, we've got this full-time resource who's costing half what a normal person would cost." Um, there's no, you know, superannuation or anything like that to worry about.
27:45
And the call volumes that are being made, because they're dedicated to this, is usually six, sevenfold.
27:53
So therefore, we've seen conversion rates, um, you know, double and triple based on just being able to deploy that cost-effective resource appropriately w- to that, you know, that, that conversion funnel, basically.
28:07
And again, similarly, sometimes there's a split or a hybrid role where they're doing some of that lead conversion stuff, but also they're taking admin away from the CA.

GregHOST
3:38
Mm-hmm.
3:39
And I think one of the reasons it's what not widely adopted, and I'm talking about the ISO 55000 standard, is because, you know, the insurance regulators really haven't made it important for organizations to have a policy and a SAMP.
3:55
Uh, when I say a policy, a policy is usually a one, two-page document written by your executive leadership that shows the importance of having an asset management strategy for your organization.
4:09
That's just an overarching strategy saying, "This is the way we're gonna manage our assets within the organization." The SAMP, or the strategic asset management plan, is usually something a little bit more granular, which gets into, you know, middle management, you know, putting together rules that say, "Okay, you know, we hear the policy from our executive leadership.
4:30
The SAMP we're gonna implement to really, uh, ensure that we're managing our assets." Then you get into something, you know...
4:37
Because what that does is that leaves folks at the plant level being like, "Well, what's the next step? What's the next step? All this strategy stuff is great, but how does that apply here? And how do I go about..." And I'd say the next phase, Greg, of that is something that we're familiar with, which is building equipment maintenance plans.
4:56
You know, putting together...

Talk to us how these two can exist in tandem, UFC and, of course, VFL.
3:17
So that's great.
3:19
Clearly, like, UFC is selling something like carnage.
3:23
I hate to use the term like that, but it's no holds barred.
3:27
Everything's going.
3:28
It's wild, wild west.

What are your plans in that way to get this message, perhaps make it more of a positive story around these combat sports and do so at scale?
