Ah.

So it was kinda hard on her being in the situation that she was in.

So I, after talking to the landlord, I said, "You know what? Um, based on her situation and the funding that we have and our capabilities and what we're able to do, we're gonna take care of that for her." So we ended up paying, helping her with the, uh, the rest of the deposit, the rest of the rent, rent for that month, and then sh- she was able to move into the second part, uh, of, of paying the rent for the second month that she was gonna be there.

So but she...

I had did it, but she didn't know it was done yet, so I gave her a call back, and she w- You could hear the tension in her voice and how stressed she was from the things that she was going through and, uh, you know, worried about what she was gonna do for her kids and the situation that she was in and how she was gonna overcome it.

And I just told her, "You know what? We, we kinda took care of that for you, you know, as far as your deposit and your first month rent," and she just, she broke down immediately.

She, [laughs] she broke down-

Wow, really? Huh.
