Tell everybody a little bit about what compliance is all about and some of the things you're involved with and the things that kind of come across your desk from time to time.

Yeah, great question, John.

So, you know, starting at the top, the first thing we wanna do is protect the integrity of the institution and the athletics department.

From there, I try to give our coaches and our student athletes the best chance to succeed on and off the, the court.

And I view me and Sage more as a solution finder than as a barrier, right? So sometimes a coach will present a question to us, and if we can't do it the way they wanna do it, we'll provide an alternative route to do something.

And also, you know, we want our student athletes to have the greatest experience possible.

So in compliance, sometimes that means limiting our contact with student athletes, but, but, uh, we, we definitely enjoy talking with everybody and trying to be the best on and off the court.

And in the era now of the transfer portal, that would think it would probably put a lot more work on you guys to have to kind of make sure everything's being done the way it's supposed to be done.
