But I think, you know, in answer to your question, it's, it's a huge challenge.

Um, the challenge starts with how do we attract new people in? So how do we start getting vocational learning back on the agenda, um, not only for pupils, but, uh, and for young people who are sort of setting out in their, their sort of schooling career.

Um, but how do we also re-educate the parents? Because parents are a huge influencing factor to, to, you know, um, children's, um, career choices.

Um, and therefore they need to be brought into that conversation quite early.

We've got some plans on that, but retaining people is also going to be a challenge.
