When you first met her, what was that like when you witnessed the way she moved through the world?

Oh man, before I started like working with her, I just thought, whoa, she's so beautiful.

You know, that's the first thing I noticed like, oh my gosh, who, you know, cause I, I didn't grow up watching like Australian TV, anything like that.

So I was just like, who is that gorgeous person? But, yeah, when I got working with her, like, as you said, she is so professional.

She is so focused on her work, so generous and gracious as well while being professional.

So when the show finished, you know, she was my mentor on The X Factor.

And after I won… That's when you say bye to your TV mentor, right? And I got signed to my label, Sony, and they made this music video for me straight away from my winning song.

We had the stinky food, the whole thing, right? Was your mum aware of this stuff? Was she protecting you from it? How did they talk to you when you were a little kid about what was going on?

[laughs]

The, I, I just wanted to make it special.

You know, 10 years coming up, the Eurovision performance for me, really it changed my life.

Like, that's not an overstatement.

And, you know, those three minutes on stage, it, it changed everything for me.

So when I knew that this year was 10 years coming, I wanted to celebrate it with something really, really special and I thought, like, "What can I do? What can I do," like...

And, and then, you know, this idea came up to collaborate with Electric Fields, and I just love them, their music, and I love, you know, Michael and Zacharia.

And, um, HelloFresh is really helpful in that.

So I was a big fan of HelloFresh, like, using it a lot myself.

So it's really cool that they, you know, added this Korean option, um, for people to enjoy.
