Again, this happens every year.

We went through this session thinking that we would be able to come up with some solution to fill that gap.

There were several proposals that came about.

Unfortunately, late in the session, a bond was proposed, and that bond with a bunch of other bonds failed.

One of the things that's causing this urgency now, instead of later in the work plan, are other things that are threats as well.

There's the federal government on the federal side, so we match federal funds.

So roughly what percentage comes from federal funding versus state funding?
