And what was the village like? Condition rise and can you give us like a before and after and maybe like a little bit of insight to what actually you did system wise?
6:19
So it was very remote village.
6:22
So we actually flew into Kathmandu, the capital.
6:24
And to get to Bukajunda, which is where we was doing the water project, it was a five hour drive.
6:30
The roads aren't really made.
6:32
Some of them are about to halfway made roads.
6:35
And then it's just rocky on the edge of a mountain.

for certain courses so I think it's CITB that does like the levies and someone somewhere in their infinite wisdom asked the CITB to not offer levies to plumbing and electrical students so if you're in other trades like carpentry and things like that you can access the levies but actual plumbing apprentices can't so it's struggle that employers struggle to cover the wages and sort of like When you first get an apprentice, they're not that useful because they don't know.
2:28
And it's not their fault.
2:28
It's no one's fault.
2:30
They're just right at the beginning of their journey.
2:32
And to have to take your time out to teach that apprentice, and then you still have to pay them their wage.
