Hi, this is, um, this is a story about how I found myself in the Irish Sea this March after l- losing my mind.

Um, I have a frazzled mind, but it's, it's 2017.

We all do.

Um, I've kind of got the frazzled, the kind of frazzled mind that I've such dia- constant dialogue going on in my head that I don't even notice if I'm alone.

Um, uh, you know, what's in the fridge? Did I do that at work? When will I text that person back? Et cetera, et cetera.

Did I lock the car? Um, and, and in addition, I really love making stuff, um, and, uh, kind of pottery, sewing, videos, whatnot.
