amazing and cynthia you had a great session today specifically for rtts can you tell us a little bit about what happened?
1:06
Yeah I think it was a really good useful session this morning so we have a very active group of RTTs or radiographers in Europe primarily that meets six times a year, share ideas, share research projects and with more systems coming online in the Americas we wanted to revitalize an American group.
1:29
So we had a session, we shared some projects that are ongoing, some potential projects.
1:33
We had people share what they're currently doing, currently not doing.
1:37
And yeah, I think they're really engaged.

7 MINS LATER

8:47
I suppose, Cynthia, that's where you've seen it evolve so much, haven't you, from when maybe early adoption to now?
8:54
Yes and no.
8:55
I mean, Cameron and I work together at the Royal Marsden and he knows how much I push that radiographers should be doing as much as possible to the full extent of our scope.
1:49
How do you see the role of radiation therapists kind of evolving with adaptive?
1:55
Yeah, I think it depends, you know, on your regional legislation and regulations.
2:02
But I think In some places where your scope extends, you can be fairly autonomous, and I think that will help speed up the treatment time, which makes the patient experience much better.
2:17
And it's a little bit more rewarding for the therapists or the radiographers to be able to use their full scope of practice, everything from setting up the patient, managing side effects, to redesigning treatment plannings and integrating multi-modality imaging into their practice.
2:48
It's only because I'm really old.
2:51
I mean, I think in the UK, I've worked at both of the centers.
2:54
I've worked at both the Marsden and the Christie.
2:57
And I think we've really been proactive in putting the radiographers at the forefront and including them.
