Um, you don't have to be sarcastic like I am.

You can be, you know, whoever exactly you are.

Um, but a voice that's just completely recognizable, even if you, you know, kind of strip the other stuff away from it.

Um, an audience that shows up on purpose, and then deep underlying trust with that audience.

I think these are where some folks are having incredible success right now.
